"The Betweens" is structured as a self-contained narrative simulation. Core runtime operations execute dynamically through offline protocol functionality. Minimal online connectivity is established solely for fetching dynamic external assets. The primary architecture ensures local, client-side rendering execution.

II. PRIVACY & DATA TELEMETRY

The system operates strictly on a zero-knowledge framework regarding user telemetry. We do not harvest, track, transmit, or monetize personal identification data. Local hardware interactions (e.g., Camera access for rendering screenshots, Audio interface for playback) remain confined entirely within the client-side environment. At no point is optical, acoustic, or gameplay data uploaded to our remote servers.

III. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

System interaction is at the user's sole discretion and risk. The proprietary creators, authors, and developers expressly waive all liability for psychological, emotional, or hardware-related side effects resultant from immersion into the software environment. We establish absolute immunity against any claims, losses, or damages stemming from third-party exploitation, scams, external links, or unverified modifications of the underlying code.

IV. GOVERNANCE MODIFICATION

The administrative entity reserves the unilateral, unalienable right to amend, suspend, or terminate these protocols at any time without prior notification. Continued engagement with the software implies automatic, binding consent to the latest parameters.
